Ushers/greeters/hospitality team see themselves as servants in the Local Church and the Body of Christ. They bring the first layer of welcome to the Church and help set the stage for those seeking Christ as they will be welcomed. They meet, greet, and assist visitors and their fellow Christians to feel welcome and at home to worship. They should have a gift of hospitality, putting people at ease and assisting them as needed. (Romans 12:13)
